He asked a few questions and after I explained what i was looking for, he put me behind the vehicle i was interested in. After completing all the grueling paperwork (big thanks to Dave Capalle for making it go by quickly and painlessly), and speaking with Rob Halderson about some after market products I was considering, I rolled off the lot in my first brand new car (less than 20 miles on it). It was great experience, and I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend them. Their service department is second to none, staff friendly and most importantly...not pushy at all. More

When I went to Oak Lawn, I wasn't sure what to expect and wasn't completely sure if I'd be leaving with a car. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jesse Hernandez. I told him which car I was looking for and he was able to find me the exact vehicle on their lot. My whole experience at Oak Lawn Toyota was excellent. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I did not feel pressured to buy and Jesse made the process feel quick and easy. The finance director, Dave Capelle, was also very friendly. I left with a beautiful car and completely satisfied with my experience. More

I was hoping that the atmosphere, quality and friendliness of the staff hadn't changed. I was not disappointed. The staff is still friendly and helpful. I walked in @ 4 pm and left with a new car before 7 pm. The team worked with me to find a price everyone would be comfortable with. While doing so, he explained all the benefits of each one. He was so kind. There was absolutely no pressure. I narrowed it down to the Camry XLE, it drives like a dream and is so pretty.
