I could not be happier with the Rav4 that I found at Oak Lawn Toyota. I am moving to Wyoming, and needed something more suitable than the VW Bug I had before. I knew that I was looking for something with all-wheel drive, and Steve Hill helped me look through several different options. I took out a 2005 Rav4, two Highlanders, and finally settled on a 2007 Rav4 that I absolutely love! Steve was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He really went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and totally respected the budget I had set for myself. I was able to trade in my VW Bug for a great price, and was really taken care of every step of the way. I am hoping to have my Rav4 for a long time, but if I ever need another car I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Scott was great, very informative & fair, and really made sure my parents & I understood the entire process and did his best to expedite it. I have wanted one for a long time and am very happy about it. It has a smooth ride, is easy to get in and out of and is also quite comfortable. I am also looking forward to spending less money on gasoline. More
I started my process over the internet with Jacob, who was incredibly helpful but also very patient. I really hate talking on the phone and didn't want to go back and forth with anyone on the phone; Jaco was incredibly helpful but also very patient. I really hate talking on the phone and didn't want to go back and forth with anyone on the phone; Jacob understood this and was very willing to communicate with me strictly over email. We set up a time that I could come in and have my trade in looked at. Jacob was great to work with and not at all pushy which is kind of what I expected since it is a car dealership. When I went into Toyota, the first person I met was Steve. He was so easy to work with! He took me out for a test drive right away and explained all the different features on the car while we were going. Once we returned to the dealership, the process was smooth and relatively quick for buying a car. Steve is incredibly amiable and so easy to work with. For the financing part of the process, I worked with Jason (who also helped me set up the Bluetooth in the car). He's relatively new to the finance department but was still a pleasure to work with. This was the time that I expected to be bombarded with add ons and different offers but I wasn't. Jason explained each of the options to me and then just took my answer; he never once tried to push me into doing something I didn't want to do. Overall, my experience was a great one and I'll definitely recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to everyone I know looking to buy a car. I've always used them for maintenance on my car but now I'll use them whenever I'm looking to purchase too! More
I went to Toyota after having gone to two other dealerships. I owned a Toyota Camry at that time and knew a salesman who worked there. I thought of purchasing a Camry initially, but believed that dealerships. I owned a Toyota Camry at that time and knew a salesman who worked there. I thought of purchasing a Camry initially, but believed that it was more expensive than the other mid-sized cars at other dealerships -- I was wrong. I also did not have the best credit. Being a Camry owner, I wanted another new, mid-sized car and was not going to give up. I finally gave in and I went into the dealership. I met Frank Contreras at the door, he was very nice, personable and professional guy. Also, at that time I had been pre-approved for credit from Capital One. We discussed my credit, payment amount that I wanted and the car that I was interested in. Frank showed me a Corolla, which I did not like. When we ran the numbers it was determined that I would have to pay at least $50 or more monthly that I could afford. I did not have any money to put down. Long story short, I was in the process of leaving but Frank would not let me -- he was very persistent and told me to sit and he would speak to his manager. He returned and asked me if I had a trade in, I did but it was an old 1997 Camry with two dents and a mechanical problem. Frank and Steve crunched numbers, gave me a rebate and money for my car that I did not think was worth much of anything. I left to pick up my cousin from school, returned later that evening and now own a 2013,New Ocean Blue Camry. I love my car and have named it my Blue Angel. I could not have done it without Frank and Steve. I am grateful... Toyota is the only dealership that was willing to work with me, adjust the price of the car and crunch numbers to put me into a new car. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends. More
My experience at Toyota was better than Great I never known a better group of professional businessmen, I dropped off my 2013 HIGHLANDER at the service area for a new tire than I decided to walk on the s known a better group of professional businessmen, I dropped off my 2013 HIGHLANDER at the service area for a new tire than I decided to walk on the showroom floor unbeknown to me I purchased another vehicle: I walked to Steve Barrix office but he was not there; John Carnivele said, could I help you; I am looking for Steve Barrix , he's off today,I walked on the show room floor now I am pondering on buying a car; the prices seem reasonable, John called over Dominik Gibek he asked how can help you, Dominik explained the performance of both cars: camry and corolla, Dominik knows cars, what a great guy, in addition John made great points as well, So I decided on the corolla; thank you for all your help! I met a receptionist on the financial side of this and she was very helpful as well I am sorry that I cant recall her name but she work in the same building Marty Maggio work in. Marty Maggio I dealt with him before what a class act a people person he explain the contract in layman term. I never once felt uncomfortable thank you Marty! My husband and I were unsure of what car we wanted, and had visited 3 different brand dealerships before stopping at Toyota. Rob quickly greeted us in a way that was non pressuring. He let us know that he was there if and when we needed him. He did not lurk and watch us, or try to shove information down our throats as did the other dealerships. It was because of his approach that we ultimately went with Toyota. He also joked with us and kept us at ease, letting us know that he was there for the long run of our vehicle (for service, or any questions), and made sure we knew that he wasn't just selling us a car, but rather building a relationship. I would definitely do business with them in the future, and am glad that there are sales people like Rob! More
