Bob Spee was our salesman both times and is an outstanding person. He is very upfront and honest. He takes time to explain all about the vehicle you are buying and makes the experience super smooth. He patiently answered all my questions. There is no pressure to make a quick decision. We feel we received a great price on the Highlander and John gave us a fair trade-in value on the Avalon. Dave in the finance dept. was also very helpful in explaining all the financial details and extended warranties so we could make informed decisions. Having been a previous customer, I had my 2007 Avalon serviced exclusively at Oak Lawn Toyota. Their service dept. is wonderful-I never had any issues. They are professional, honest, and give great customer service. I plan to continue with their services on my Highlander. I am absolutely delighted with my new Highlander-it fits my current lifesyle perfectly. Both Dave and Mark did a good job . Although my vehicle had the wrong interior , I ended up buying another one that had a sunroof , and we split the $1000 upgrade in order to complete the sale. Great dealership to work with. I traveled about 150 miles to get this vehicle based on price and looks. The car was very clean and the service was great.
