Excellent experience, new car had chips and dings and they were repaired quickly. Chip has been very helpful. And not by the sales associate after the paperwork for purchase has been completed. This is not a derogatory comment on Chip, he installed the rear bracket for me, I just don't feel like that should be a sales associate's job. More

We had an excellent buying process with Lyric Kimley at Oakes Kia. I can't say enough great things about him. He is NOT your stereotypical "car salesman." Overall, a transparent negotiation with no hidden dealer add-ons or fake website incentives that don't actually exist. Be prepared for an in-depth extended warranty presentation, but it's still definitely something you can say no to. More
