Everything was great. Only thing that wasn't perfect was , I couldn't get in touch with my sales person when we had decided to accept the price. I came to the dealership already with a car in mind. I planned to pay whatever that was needed for the down payment on the car wanted but due to Oakes financing department they thought that it would be I planned to pay whatever that was needed for the down payment on the car wanted but due to Oakes financing department they thought that it would be good to set me up with getting pre approved for another car without asking me to test drive or eve look at other options around the same price range. Overall I felt like Oakes Kia took advantage of the fact I was a young 1st time car buyer and took advantage to get a high mileage 2019 Ford Fusion off of there car lot. I was also highly upset that they let me believe over the phone that with pre approval along with down payment I would be able to sign and drive when that wasn’t the case whatsoever! More
