Worst car buying experience ever. The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they had the decency to trade the first train wreck of a truck with a bad transmission among other things The only reason I gave them a 2 is because they had the decency to trade the first train wreck of a truck with a bad transmission among other things totaling $2300. They lure you in with a lowball price and then force you to buy $1100 worth of a maintenance app and 'free' tire rotations for life. They get their trucks from online auctions site unseen. Usually it was a commercial vehicle to begin with. Oakley shines them up and puts new tires on them but doesn't disclose the problems they find or offer to fix them. I don't recommend buying from Oakley Auto World but if you do, take the vehicle to a trusted shop for an independent inspection. I didn't and that's on me. I learned my lesson and want to do what I can to help the next person. More

Found a pretty good deal on an equally good used truck with fair to low mileage. Kept my trade-in as their offer was in their favor. Super clean and they had the undercarriage sprayed as well as the bed liner sprayed in. Man I’m telling you I’m set 👍 Their deal also came with a 36mo warranty. More
