This is my absolute first time purchasing an automobile from Ocean Cadillac, and I’m excited as I await the arrival of my car. Everything (thus far) has been handled over the phone and/or online. Everyone that I have spoken with over the phone has been extremely courteous! I was especially privileged to be assisted by both: Alejandra and Enrique. Their level of professionalism is impeccable!! In addition, I’m impressed with the way the GM insisted that because I was purchasing a used vehicle, he wanted to make sure that I was presented with very thorough images of the interior and exterior. Under the hood and inside of the trunk, are the only areas I haven’t seen yet. They make you feel like family at Ocean Cadillac. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a used vehicle out of state, but the warmth of my experience thus far, has made me calmer about my decision to purchase from this dealership. I’ve only seen pictures of my vehicle at this point, but I’m praying that it will be everything that I’m hoping for in an automobile, and that I will enjoy it for a long time. I was lucky to have Enrique as a salesperson Actually I went to the dealership for a minor problem and talking to Enrique about wanting a white CTS sedan. He has the one for me, he said. He was correct as I bought my white CTS and even took it home the same day.. Very knowledge, efficient, courteous, he prepared all the sales documents, answered all my questions, guided me through the buying process. It was a breeze. Thanks Enrique. More

to car in to fix and came out with more problems my car got to the shop expense 5 days for a few problems which I knew it had because a run a diagnosis. when they gave me the car back run another dia my car got to the shop expense 5 days for a few problems which I knew it had because a run a diagnosis. when they gave me the car back run another diagnosis. I didn't have a problem with my transmission went I when in now a few minutes after taking the car out, transmission problem, took it in again to see what has happen they want to charge me with another $2100.00 to fix the transmission which didn't any problem when I took it in. I let the dealer next day I start my car another problem shows up engine emission problem I just expense with the $2600.00 to get a fix. when the fix the emission problem they change the canister and broke the fuel pump they charge me for $836.00 to replace it. Oh I almost forgot I paid to have the oil change in the diagnosis it shows the life of the oil is 8%. now I need to take my car to check the oil. THIS DEALER NEED MONEY, THEY MOVED TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHICH IS HORRIBLE. More
