We were at the end of our lease and looking for something new. Our plan was just to "test drive" as we had done earlier at two other dealerships, but our visit turned out so pleasant and seamless that we end new. We were warmly greeted by two associates and then left to browse freely. We worked with Michael Lombrozo, who was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand our needs and budget without any pressure. We really enjoyed our time with him and appreciated his pleasant disposition. Zac in Finance made the process smooth, explaining the terms clearly and securing the payments we had discussed with Michael—actually coming in under our budget. Despite the usual paperwork, everything was handled swiftly. We left as proud owners of a new Cadillac Lyriq. She's a beauty! More
Very bad experience. Salesman name: Willy Polanco. My sister came in today to sell her BMW because I received ton of calls and text messages from them offering 55k for Salesman name: Willy Polanco. After we agreed on the price suddenly the lowered to 50k. After that we decided to go and get other quotes. Later this day we decided to take an offer of 50k and before coming called Will to confirm the offer is still good. He did confirm that offer is good and he is waiting for us. Here is a tricky part: When we arrived back to the dealership he greeted us and told us his offer is not valid any more and the offer now is $48.500 We did not expect this level of disrespect... This is worst experience. Waste of time. This is type of behavior you expect from a legit business. Please do not do any business with them Save yourself time and nerves! More
