The reason for this review is I’ve been trying to get a refund on a bad tire warranty that was sold to me by the finance dept and if you look back in the reviews Mr Franly Machado reached out after my revi refund on a bad tire warranty that was sold to me by the finance dept and if you look back in the reviews Mr Franly Machado reached out after my review and left his phone number. Now I’ve tryed to reach him both by text and phone calls but like all service these days there has been no response back from him or anyone from the dealership that’s why I’m leaving a one star review. these dealerships make their money by selling aftermarket warranties in a tire warranty that was sold me is nothing but junk. I’m just trying to get my money back that’s all ,they’re quick to take your money for these products but they will not respond back if you have any problems with these warranty's and by the way, they make 50% of whatever they sell to you so you can probably shop elsewhere and get a better deal on these aftermarket warranties so Franly . Michael was amazing. your finance team, is terrible. I wired cash for payment of car and it took you over 48 hours to confirm wire even though my bank confirmed withi your finance team, is terrible.
