Ocean Cadillac

My experience was full of highs and lows... I'm an out of state buyer and so I was relying on my salesman to give me the full details of the vehicle prior to flying halfway across the country to purchase thi state buyer and so I was relying on my salesman to give me the full details of the vehicle prior to flying halfway across the country to purchase this car. I was told more than once the the vehicle was in near perfect condition, specifically the paint and body. This car was a surprise for my wife so I wanted it to be perfect because I knew once she saw it I was committed. The dealership was great in helping me plan and execute the surprise. Bringing the car to a restaurant and having it setup with a big red bow and everything. Unfortunately after this is where it started to go down hill... Upon seeing the car I found multiple dents, scratches and paint flaws... the right rear door even appears to have been hit! No where near what I expected on a certified car that I was told was "the cleanest one in town". The car was missing a cap on the armrest, had pealing window tint on the front windshield, poor paint touchups, and more. What was supposed to be 15 minutes at the dealership to sign papers turned into over 2 hours of sitting while the car went back to the detail shop for repairs and cleanup. I give them a 3 star rating only because they did come off the price a small amount to compensate but I will never be back to this dealership. More

I attempted to use the valet service. First, when i scheduled my service, not only was it not offered to me, I had to ask for it! On my service date, i found out more information was required and i ha scheduled my service, not only was it not offered to me, I had to ask for it! On my service date, i found out more information was required and i had to send in proof of insurance and a credit card before a driver would bring a loaner and pick up mine! I'm a physician and missed several appointments because of this! Once my vehicle was picked up and the loaner dropped off, I was told all the work could not be completed in one day. I skipped some of the service because i needed to leave town the next day in the vehicle. I was then told that my car would be ready but I'd have to come pick it up. I'm extremely disappointed. My time and money would have been better spent elsewhere! An awful experience for me, my family and my patients! Barbara was not present that day and it showed! More

Best experience ever! Maurizio sales person took time to show me cars I was interested in and then suggested I look at a new model instead of certified pre owned. I really didn’t believe I would be approved show me cars I was interested in and then suggested I look at a new model instead of certified pre owned. I really didn’t believe I would be approved for a new model but, he worked his magic to get it done. I was approved on Monday and waited three days to take ownership as I wanted to be sure the financing was finalized and I could drive away without any concerns. I highly recommend Ocean Cadillac and ask for Maurizio. More

Pat was a pleasure to deal with, the van is excellent, exactly as described with 2 small details that were overlooked. It did not come with an Owners Manual, which would have been a help figuring out a fe exactly as described with 2 small details that were overlooked. All in all a very easy transaction, well worth the trip from Bangor, Maine to Miami to purchase this vehicle. Also a great excuse to leave the old and snow for a week or two! More
