It is obvious how much he cares about the customer's experience, from scheduling and performing service in a timely and efficient manner, to making honest recommendations with the client's best interest in mind, constant communication, and even just providing advice and information. I started coming here for service because I purchased a new car from the dealership (also a shockingly easy experience with little to no stress), but I would still use the service center for car maintenance even if I no longer had a VW based on the service I've received from Brian, Tammy, Brandon, and the whole team there.
