The service department has gotten better over time in the past 2.5 years. The communication with their customers has gotten better, and the arrogance that was before has almost all left. I was told to bring my car in for a recall. It has already been inspected, but the parts were not previously available. I dropped it off the night before. It was late the following day when I called back to check on progress. They had not yet taken it to the shop. Then, within 30 minutes they texted to tell me I could pick it up. When I did and inquired about the recall work they said they didn't do anything because the car didn't need it- which was very frustrating and mixed information. I continue to get texts from Jeep to take my car in to address the recall. More
