Brought the car in on Saturday. Was told it was an easy fix. Never heard back from the advisor. Monday called to ask when the vehicle would be ready and was told they hadn't even diagnosed it yet and they were backed up. I said we needed the car back by noon and he said fine. My wife went to pick the car up and no one could find it. He stated it would be ready and waiting. Didn't ask about rescheduling and didn't have the car ready. We made an appointment at another dealership to get it fixed. More
