Very frustrated. Told they had the parts for our recall (which I’ve waited on for 6 months) and I had to leave the car until the next day. I was supposed to have a lo Told they had the parts for our recall (which I’ve waited on for 6 months) and I had to leave the car until the next day. I was supposed to have a loaner car, but they didn’t have any and had no solutions. I ubered around for work for a day and never got a phone call like promised. I called and called, but rarely got through. Either their AI wouldn’t work or I got cut off. When I got an actual person, they said they’d check on my car and call me back. Never got a call. I finally talked to someone who said my recall was not completed because I requested we wait, which is not true. They said they’d do it if I left the car another day (still without a loaner), but I said I couldn’t go without a car for another day. When I went to pick up, the service advisor said they couldn’t do the work because they had the wrong part and it had to be ordered. They discovered that about an hour after I dropped off. When I asked why no one called me to tell me that, I got a blank stare and apology, but still no resolution. So I left my car for 28 hours for recall repair, spent about $200 on Uber rides to get things done without my car, only to discover they did not address the issues and didn’t have the decency to call me. I am furious. More
