Went in for an oil change, waiting 1. 5 hours, then texted to find out it was already done. They were supposed to schedule a followup appointment for the errors I have logged on my brand n 5 hours, then texted to find out it was already done. They were supposed to schedule a followup appointment for the errors I have logged on my brand new truck, at the time the guy said he couldn't schedule it because I might need a loaner because I live over an hour away and they told me the repairs would take 48 hours. So he said he would call me back shortly, then they just never followed back up. I honestly think this is the poorest shop I have ever dealt with. I had another issue with my running boards that took 3 times to come in and get it right. More
