Terrible Customer Service I bought my SUV here about three- four years ago. I love it (even though it has had many issues). I live about 30-40 minutes away, so coming here for I bought my SUV here about three- four years ago. I love it (even though it has had many issues). I live about 30-40 minutes away, so coming here for every problem was not ideal, but they would take care of me each time. If I needed a rental they would cover it. Any issues were covered. Up until some reason my car landed itself in there shop due to some hose breaking, killing the radiator and a gas head, I believe. I also had made sure to buy the 10 year extra warranty, and for some reason it was not covered, even though the hose that caused it was, they couldn't "link them together". So yes a two- three year old BRAND NEW car had to replace $1,000, even with this extended warranty. They had my car a week, they called me to aware me of cash in my console. I said I wasn't able to drive all the way to Olathe just to move it, and drive back home, due to my crazy work schedule. They let me know that they knew it was there and to always keep my car locked up. I will add I had to rush out of the car when it was towed, due to being stuck in Overland Park, having to get a tow on a Sunday and a ride, so I was not able to gather everything, before it got to the shop. I had an iPod in there as well. When I came to pick up my car, they were closing, so by the time I got my car looked it over, noticed the iPod and cash were missing, no one was to be found. I talked to a sales men who told me to give the manager a call the next day. To shorten this up, he blamed me for leaving it in my car, claimed he did not see an iPod (yes it is still "missing") and told me he told me there was money in my car and to come collect it. Claimed they do not have cameras around there to check. I even spoke to the highest manager there, and he had nothing to say. He acted so dumbfounded that I was upset, kept asking what do I want him to do, I wanted my money and iPod back, (they also knew how much was in my console as they counted it, which I don't believe should of been done, if it was in the console leave it be nothing needed to be touched in it). It was a complete joke, and a year later I tried calling and contacting them for information on my warranty, seeing as I never will be back there, and NO ONE will answer or call me back with my information. Its a joke. I would never recommend anyone ever going there! They back up there mechanics who clearly stole, as they told me only three people had access to my car. Its upsetting too because of all the issues I've had, should have been covered and taken care of. I liked going to where I bought and worked with so if any issues kept happening they couldn't blame others. More

We looked at a few different vehicles and decided to test drive a sporty car for fun. We instantly fell in love, but still looked at a few different vehicles to make sure we made the right decision. The sales team was nothing but helpful and patient with us throughout this process. We drove multiple vehicles multiple times and never felt like we were being difficult. In the end we were very excited to make our choice and the paperwork piece was a breeze. I have already referred a few co-workers to our salesman and can't wait to go back in a few years to buy another fun car! More

The rest of process was a joke. We wanted to buy a car and go home but instead we had to sit through listening to the to the finance guy trying to sell us a bunch of programs we told him going in we did not want. We have bought dozens of vehicle's over the years and this by far was the most irritating experience ever. Tell us a price and be done quit trying to nickel and dime people every step of the way. I would recommend to anyone to go to a small town dealer get the same or better price and leave the city wannabes in their plaid suits doing commercials for real people to laugh at. More
