Best experience ever purchasing a car. I will say that we did our "homework" and knew before going in what the price of the car should be so what we offered they accepted right away so there was no haggling. did our "homework" and knew before going in what the price of the car should be so what we offered they accepted right away so there was no haggling. We also went in with pre-approved financing and have excellent credit scores. However that being said, they beat our pre-approved financing % that included gap insurance, extended our warranty, and made no effort to up-sale us with add-ons, you know the usual xx that goes on in the finance office...There was none of that painful stuff. Our monthly payment was significantly lower with their financing. We purchased a hard top Jeep Wrangler and they helped us/recommended to us a good soft top for when spring came. They even offered to put it on for us in the spring. It makes me wish they sold something other than Dodge and Rams. Couldn't say I would ever buy one of those, but love the Jeep. Maybe we will become a 2 Jeep family. Our salesman Sylvester was very friendly and made sure we knew everything about the car before we left. I'm sure he had to repeat himself over and over the details of the car (to me, to my husband, to my daughter) but never acted like it was a big deal. He seemed to really enjoy talking about the cars options, engine upgrades... I have to say that when telling my friends that we bought a new car, they all said "Ugh I hate buying cars!" And you know I had to say "You know the strangest thing happened. It was the easiest thing ever. We kept waiting for the bad news, or to feel we were screwed over. But we got everything we wanted and at the price/payment we wanted." I know, weird right? More
