Our jeep was in the shop for the same problem twice in 6 weeks. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. There were issues in communication, the tow service, and the diagnosis. My 17 year old daughter was str weeks. They couldn’t diagnose the problem. There were issues in communication, the tow service, and the diagnosis. My 17 year old daughter was stranded 3 times. When we take a car to the dealership for service, we assume they are the best to do the job correctly the first time. We basically spent over $1600 to replace two batteries. We had to replace the aux battery twice in six months because the actual problem wasn’t addressed on the first visit. More
