Rude mechanic I was at the service line for an airbag recall and after being told it would take a couple hours, I went back to my place and then called in a couple I was at the service line for an airbag recall and after being told it would take a couple hours, I went back to my place and then called in a couple of time to check on my car. The second time I called I was told it still isn’t ready and I get put on hold for 10 mins which wasn’t the issue. However, after picking up the mechanic named Jared answers and is EXTREMELY rude and says that my car had been done and apparently he said that to me earlier. Well, He hadn’t said that to me at all and he was getting all defensive and agitated.I did talked to the manager and he apologized but I also don’t believe my recall was fixed since I’m still getting an airbag light on my dashboard. Not only I won’t go to this place again, I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE More

Convenient and helpful I needed an oil change and a recall, but I also live 50 miles away, so I needed to drop it while I was in town, but I needed to be able to get to work I needed an oil change and a recall, but I also live 50 miles away, so I needed to drop it while I was in town, but I needed to be able to get to work after dropping it off. No problem! John (courtesy driver) dropped me off right at the front door of my office and picked me up when it was completed! Awesome service!!! More
