I turned my vehicle in at 7:30am, with an appointment and didn’t get a diagnosis of the issue until 6pm and was charged $290. I got the same diagnosis from another service center within 15 minutes for free o didn’t get a diagnosis of the issue until 6pm and was charged $290. I get the feeling these guys plugged it in and failed to do any research into whether a sensor was bad or whether it was a bad part. More

Very poor communication and customer service. I had to call to get my own updates and most of the time had to leave a message. Steering wheel and touch screen had oil and or grease on them. A complimentary car wash would be welcome. Pick up took 30 minutes, had to ask receptionist if car was coming.
