He was willing to search the entire region for the exact style and color I wanted to replace my 10 yr. Highlander and when one couldn't be found he helped us order a custom built 2015 Highlander from the factory (which I didn't know was even possible), loaded with everything I could imagine. We are a Toyota family (10 and counting) and have been customers of Olathe Toyota since 1995.
