I had interaction with the sales team that was worth noting. While I waited for service, I needed a private room for 20 min to take a work video call. A salesman allowed me to sit in a conference room, noting. While I waited for service, I needed a private room for 20 min to take a work video call. A salesman allowed me to sit in a conference room, just sitting at the table. During this time another man came into the room, interrupting my call and abruptly asked me how I got into the room. I told him. He questioned this and seemed skeptical. I repeated and he left. He was cold and rude about it as if I was intruding or misusing private space. As a customer spending $600 on service, this was quite insulting. I almost wish I had reacted immediately but needed to return to my call. Hopefully other staff at Martin are more understanding of flexible work schedules and environments, especially of women. More
