Darwin, I am sorry, however this is untrue. You negotiated over a couple days and for several hours. Never did a second key get promised. You called after you made your deal and stated you were told it should come with 2 keys and then when asked to hold so a manager could confirm what you were told, you immediately threatened to smear our name publicly if we would not bow to your threats. You were explained that anything we promised, you would receive. The manager spoke with the salesman and conference you in on the discussion and you backtracked your statement and said you were never promised a key but would like one and if we could find out how much it would cost and if we could pass on any dealer-to-dealer discounts. We, as promised called around to find out your cost of the additional key you were now requesting hours after you negotiated on your terms and conditions. We understand that two or more keys would be helpful. We were sold the vehicle without them. We sold you the vehicle without them. You and your family were treated with respect, given a discount on the car of your choice and left here happy with a great purchasing experience. I did not backtrack my statement and I know what I said and I know what I was told! The salesman clearly told me this car should come with 2 keys, my wife was by my side and she heard it as well. I offered to pay half of the cost because I was going to be nice with you not because I figured I was wrong. Don't make fool out of yourself, you are not talking to kid. This is my statement and I'm staying behind it 100% I spent $29,000 and I get xxxx from you! Enjoy your profit on this car, apparently you need it more than I do. Goodbye
