Martin Nissan service department does not honor veterans !!!! I will not return to this place of business !!! Every dealership in Illinois and Wiscosin I’ve gone to for service on my 2015 Nissan Altima give !!!! I will not return to this place of business !!! Very bad experience in Martin Nissan. The salesman lied Very bad experience in Martin Nissan. The salesman lied to us by confirming the car had a spare key when it fact there was none. After the deal went Very bad experience in Martin Nissan. The salesman lied to us by confirming the car had a spare key when it fact there was none. After the deal went through and we drove away we realized that we were not given a spare key. We called immediately to find out they there was no spare key. When we asked for them to order us a key we were told that we had to pay foul price for it. They were not willing to work with us as a courtesy of splitting the cost of the spare key. Now we have to pay from our pocket $650 for the spare key. Cost of the vehicle $29,000. We spoke to the manager, salesman and everyone was denying that they had ever confirmed that a spare key was available when in fact they had told us a spare key was available. They were very unfriendly to us since the deal was done and the vehicle was purchased. We are going to submit the same poor review to the dealer’s website and other social media to make buyers aware of the bad experience we had with this dealer. Thank you. More
