Hi my name is Jamie Eady, I am the General Manager that spoke with your husband about your wheel bearing that is wore out. 1.) I don't cuss , 2.) You have wheel bearing that has become wore out at 170,000 miles. 3.)You have owned the vehicle for a year and I offered to pay 1/2 of the estimate.

Jamie Eady, my wheel bearing was not just "wore out", I did not have a front axle as I stated in my review. You acted unprofessional and you were unapologetic after being informed your business had sold me a vehicle that was unfit to be driven on the road. I would think you would have used this opportunity, as a manager responding to a clients negative truthful review, to reassure me and the public that you care about our well being and would be looking into how this happened in the first place. Are you not concerned that a vehicle was sold to me and brought back to your facility several times and this issue was never noticed? Is this the kind of business you run and want to present to the public? A business where it is of no concern to you that my life could have been lost because you sold me a vehicle that was unsuited to be driven off the lot in the first place? Please look into this issue so it does not happen again.

Update. We went today and met with Jamie (manager) and Jeff (auto repair). Jeff validated that truck cannot be fixed. Jamie cancelled our contract on the truck. Jeff did say that everybody that looked at the truck was stumped with the mechanical issue, including the local Ford dealership. Our meeting was maintained at a professional and friendly level. Amy (finance) immediately took me to her office and finalized all of the paperwork to cancel our contract and finance obligations. From what could have been a bad last visit, I was impressed with the way everything was handled. Cindy
