Nick di Bernard is excellent and I have been all over the world but this place is a proper mix of personal & professional touch. In between I tried other BMW dealerships too, close to my house thinking that it may be same. But I was shocked. They are not even close. BMW Roxbury is exceptional. People like Nick are great assets for an organization. The finance division is outstanding too. Andre is a finance guy but he is as polite and as professional as any of the sales guys and doesn't take much time. The Girl at the reception is welcoming. Overall I would strongly recommend this place to anyone buying any car, not just BMW. These guys make your decision much easier. More
