I originally stopped by this dealership to purchase a new tail light bulb that had blown out on my BMW X5 and after a quick purchase and installation, my wife and I took a walk into the show room. After a few minutes of looking around, I was greeted by Agata Grzebyk (client advisor). Agata was wonderful! We had no appointment but we wanted to test drive a new BMW X5 and/or and X6. Agata was very helpful and brought both cars out for a test drive. We truly enjoyed our road experience and after a few hours, we ended up purchasing an X6. Our garage now has a new addition and we are truly pleased with the professionalism and buying experience of everyone at BMW of Roxbury but most of all from Agata Grzebyk. I have been to this dealership numerous times and cannot say enough good things about it. We stumbled upon this BMW dealership while house hunting in the area last year and were treated so well that we now say enough good things about it. We have had BMW's in the past and have had our vehicles serviced at other dealerships closer to our home only to be disappointed with the quality of service to us and our vehicle. Ray from service is one of the nicest most honest guys who always treats us with kindness and respect , the whole service team goes way above and beyond to make your visit a very pleasant one.
