This was probably the best dealer experience my wife and I have ever had. From the moment we walked in to the day we left with our new 535I we were treated with a high level of profesionalism and courtesy. I have ever had. From the moment we walked in to the day we left with our new 535I we were treated with a high level of profesionalism and courtesy. Both our client advisor Andrzej and his manager Thomas worked very hard to put us into the proper vehicle along with meeting our budget requirments. Our advisor Andrze Naklicki is extremely knowledgable and took the time to be sure we understood what BMW was all about. He is dedicated to his customers and provides fantastic follow-up thoughout the entire experience. I would recommend to contact him if you are thinking of a BMW. We anticipate a long friendly relationshipe with Roxbury BMW and would recommend them always. Thanks to everyone that helped us More
I was looking to lease a new BMW 2011 328XI for a 36 month period. This was a corporate lease. I first visited BMW of Morristown almost felt I got the intern to deal with. He couldn't make me an offer o month period. This was a corporate lease. I first visited BMW of Morristown almost felt I got the intern to deal with. He couldn't make me an offer on a 328XI for my price range so he offered me a 335XI in that range ... he said there were special deals on the 335XI. We verbally agreed to look at the financials the following Monday. Monday he called me back and said - oh, the price wa incorrect. So we were back to square one. Then he eventually found a 328XI and still it felt like he was doing me a favor by selling me a new car. Isn't a BMW a luxury car and if someone is going to spend a boatload of money on it you at least expect some decent customer service? I then went to BMW of Roxbury and met Tony in the parking lot. He was very helpful from the minute I walked in, he made me configure the car I wanted and worked with me on the price. We were still a few dollars apart and Jamal Sutton - the Sales Manager there came over and met every need I laid on the table. It almost seemed to good to be be true - except it was. 3 days later I picked up the car. It's awesome and I loved dealing with Tony and Jamal. Before I visited BMW of Roxbury, I had tried buying a new BMW twice at BMW of Morristown - the first time I ended up with an Infiniti and this time a different dealer. I'm never going back to Morristown but I am definitely recommending Roxbury. More
My wife and I live in Philadelphia. We are currently a one-car couple, but since I am about to start a PhD program and law school, respectively, we are in the market for a second car. My wife, who is met one-car couple, but since I am about to start a PhD program and law school, respectively, we are in the market for a second car. My wife, who is meticulous, obtained her own financing (pre-approved) through Capital One, as she always does. She then shopped online via the dealerships that Capital One lists as authorized dealers for her BMW (which is the car she wants). She eventually found a BMW within her price range at this dealership. Since the dealership is a 2 hour drive from Philadelphia, my wife scanned and submitted every document the dealer needed to get the deal done--including using her credit card to make a deposit on the car and a copy of the Capital One check. She asked every concievable question and, in all, transacted with Ray for approximately 5 business days. Ultimately, my wife had a buyers order in hand and was told by Ray that Capital One also had a copy of the buyers order. It wasn't until each and every detail was resolved that my wife and I and took the 2 hour drive (after work) to finally test drive, purchase, and drive away with her car. When we arrived, Ray was very friendly. The problems began when we started the car. First, the "service engine soon" light was on. Ray said that since we arrived late in the evening, the service department was closed, so nothing could be done. I asked if the car was serviced prior to our arrival (which it should have been since it was cleaned and ready for delivery). Ray repeated his statement and added that since the car was under factory warranty, any dealer could re-set the light. Next, we found that the installation of the aftermarket stereo and bluetooth (which we were informed of in advance) rendered the steering wheel stero and bluetooth controls useless. Of this fact my wife had not been informed. (Further, the dealership had no booklet/information on the stereo.) Finally, when we sat down to complete any final paperwork and present the Capital One check and dealer instructions, we were told that we could not use the Capital One check, but we could complete a BMW finance application and, once we received our first bill, use the Capital One check to pay it off! I placed the BMW key on Ray's desk and told him that we were leaving because all of this preliminary "stuff" was already done. I spoke to the Used Car manager who stood by Ray but added that the Capital One check could bounce, so they liked to use BMW financing. Finally, we got Capital One on the phone and informed them that we were at one of their authorized dealerships, yet the dealerdship was not following what were clearly the instructions on the Capital One paperwork. Finally, the Business Manager quite rudely informed us that he doesn't do business the way Capital One says to do it. The Business Manager was so rude that my wife was in tears after we got back in our car. By this time, it was close to 9pm, so my wife and I drove to the nearby Hilton Garden Inn where we had a reservation. This reservation was made since my neither my wife nor I wanted to drive her new BMW (or my new Nissan) for 2 hours at night in the rain, back to Philadelphia. This was a HORRIBLE experience for us. Clearly ranking as the worst customer service experience either of us has ever had. More

I was in initial conversations about a particular car. Unfortunately it was sold the day I was planning on coming in. No one's fault. That is business. The dealer did say they had another car but was out Unfortunately it was sold the day I was planning on coming in. No one's fault. That is business. The dealer did say they had another car but was out of my price range so I said thank you but I do have a budget. He called back and asked me what my limits were.I over-extended my budget about 15-20%. He called back in a bit and I was quoted a price over the phone which was the upper limits of what I could afford but a great deal. I called to say I was on my way and would be there in 50 minutes in a message. The dealer called to ask where I was about 45 minutes later and told him I would be there in a couple minutes. When I got there the dealer proceeds to tell me the car is being shown so to please wait. An hour passes by before he talks to me because while the other people looking at the car I was interested in were gone' he started seeing another client. But I digress. Why did he not return my call? Because he knew I lived quite far away and might have not come. I should mention I never waited more than 5 minutes for a return call before from him before. The price subsequently went up $2500 from what we discussed, approximately 8%. The reason...he had hoped I could be talked into financing instead of paying upfront because the dealership gets a kick back from the bank from financing. I had told him explicitly earlier in the day I was not interested in financing so he knew that was the case. I asked to speak to the manager who I had discussed trading my current car in. He had given me a quote of $1000 less than I got from other dealers. OK I can accept that. But he was so incredibly rude. He said your car is 9 years old and that is not the type of condition he would keep his car in or other people have kept it in. I will admit my car is not in the best condition but it has never been in an accident and has a clean history. Irregardless is that how you talk to your clients? He then said I don't want to waste your time or mine got up and walked away without shaking my hand or saying good-bye. Far and away the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I know car dealers do not have the best reputations but this was ridiculous. Is that how you would want to be treated as a client? I am a physician and the equivalent would be me telling a patient on the phone you are fine but come in and see me and when the patient comes in and sees me I tell them they are actually sick and I just wanted you to come in so I can collect from the insurance company. It is against all codes of ethics. I have never written a bad review of anyone I have dealt with but this was an extraordinarily bad situation. I would recommend to everyone to stay far away from Roxbury BMW. More
I purchased a 2005 X3 from Roxbury BMW in 2005 and always had it serviced there. Service was ok, the service reps were annoyed when I asked questions about my car and they didn't want to be bothered. They had it serviced there. Service was ok, the service reps were annoyed when I asked questions about my car and they didn't want to be bothered. They always treated my wife poorly and she felt that they talked down to her so she wouldn't even talk to them. I spent about $8,000 in repairs in the last 7 months of ownership and I didn't trust the car anymore and wanted to get rid of it. While the car was in their shop I sent an internet request for a price and Marcello would only give me a range of my monthly payments and not give me a firm price. He wanted me to come in but I knew exactly what I wanted and built the car on BMW's website and sent it to Roxbury to price. I didn't want to sit in a dealership for hours playing games and he didn't like that. He ended up blowing me off because I wouldn't come in so I called the Sales Manager but he never called me back. What horrible customer service. I ended up buying a Lexus shortly after but really wanted a BMW. Afetr that experience I would never purchase one because of the treatment I got there. Too bad BMW I love the Lexus. More
