I was looking for an X4 for quite a while. I saw an X4 online at BMW of Roxbury and decided to stop in. First let me say I have bought many new and used cars through various dealerships in my lifetime, bu online at BMW of Roxbury and decided to stop in. First let me say I have bought many new and used cars through various dealerships in my lifetime, but none has come close to the experience I had at BMW of Roxbury. From the moment I walked in until the second I left (less than 2 hours later), it was nothing but great customer service, great energy and to top it off, great deal on my 2018 BMW X4. My salesman, Nick DiBernard was professional, knowledgeable and most of all, no-BS. Nick was able to handle the entire process, from obtaining finance, to signing the final documents. Great experience all around. If you are in the market for a BMW, you must go to BMW of Roxbury and make sure to ask for Nick! More

While the wom Service Review - Nowak I had an issue while driving BMW 7 series which required me to bring my vehicle in for repair on December 30. While the woman at the service desk could use some polish, the service representative, Nowak, was an absolute pleasure with which to work. He immediately provided me with a loaner car which saved me the hassle and cost of renting a car and obtaining transportation from the dealership. He also was understanding of my situation, and made the return of the loaner car a breeze. In short, Nowak is a 5 star plus employee and, solely as a result of his handling of my problem, I will attempt to acquire my next BMW in early 2023 from this dealership. More

Almost spent 90k on my brand new X7 2021 only to find out there’s a defect in my headlight housings——heavy condensations noted inside both headlights everytime it rains!! Went into service dept at Roxbury there’s a defect in my headlight housings——heavy condensations noted inside both headlights everytime it rains!! Went into service dept at Roxbury BMW round 4pm one day…I dunno maybe it was considered near closing time for them but from service receptionist lady to service advisor, whole experience was beyond horrible and disgusting! These people won’t even acknowledge u when you walk in, doesn’t greet first, no eye contact, aloof with air-headed and nonchalant attitude acting like they are above you just cuz they work at BMW? It’s funny cuz I’m a medical doctor and I would never treat any of my patients differently whether they are rich or poor. These people in bmw service dept are something else, brushed me off when I told them about my headlight issue and tried to give me a runaround. Long story short, service manager finally came and was told no fix since it’s a well known problem to new X7 and BMW cooperate is well aware of it! Well, called other BMW dealers nearby and went on X7 forums, headlight issue seems all news to them, not so common as Roxybury BMW calls it. Will take this matter up to BMW cooperate to confirm the truth and will complain to BBB thereafter! More

They added in over $2000 worth of nonsense to their pricing on the pre-owned car. Added $925 prep, $799 doc, and $399 etch fees to the car. Was told 'it's in our fine print'. All unnecessary...prepping the car for delivery should be free, no doc fee is $799, and etch cost them $49. Worse yet the salesperson, Jerry, agreed it was just profit. Told them to take them out...all of the overcharges. They said they would, then discounted the car and added them back in. This makes the finance department look like they're doing fantastic profit wise. Total lies, and deception from all involved. Offered an extended warranty for over $3500, that I know only should cost around $2300. An unscrupulous dealership to say the least. More
Typical run of the mill sales process. Low ball offers on two trade ins. Price of vehicle we were interested in was not competitive. Went to a more reputable BMW dealer elsewhere and got +3,000 for trad on two trade ins. Price of vehicle we were interested in was not competitive. Went to a more reputable BMW dealer elsewhere and got +3,000 for trade in #1, and +4,000 for trade in #2. I'd go somewhere else if you were considering these guys. Standard process here at maximizing their profit margin at the consumers expense.... More
I bought a 2018 BMW 430 convertible with 17,000 miles from Roxbury BMW in Feb 2021 and purchased the platinum BMW extended service contract at the time of delivery. Several months later I decided I could from Roxbury BMW in Feb 2021 and purchased the platinum BMW extended service contract at the time of delivery. Several months later I decided I couldn't get comfortable in the seats and decided to order a new Tesla. Prior to ordering the Tesla I called and emailed the dealership and requested to cancel the extended service contract. The car I purchased was still under the factory 48 month 50,000 mile warranty until August of 2021. On May 11th I sent the paperwork to Andre at Roxbury BMW and was told the refund would take a few weeks and he couldn't tell me at the time the amount of refund I would be receiving, it was up to BMW. Several weeks went past and I contacted Andre, he told me he was still waiting on BMW- should not be much longer. The following week I called BMW(the manufacture) and they bounced me all over the place for for about 90 minutes and told me I needed to call the dealership. This should not be this hard. On June 6th I paid the loan off on my BMW and traded it on the Tesla. Now I am 9 weeks into getting a refund and still have no idea when I will get it. I would rate this service as atrocious. This is one of the few times I have ever left a negative review in my 60 years on the planet, but I feel if I owed them $4100.00 (my approximate refund) they would be going out of their way to get it from me, I just wish they had the same urgency getting me my money returned.
