Typical run of the mill sales process. Low ball offers on two trade ins. Price of vehicle we were interested in was not competitive. I bought a 2018 BMW 430 convertible with 17,000 miles from Roxbury BMW in Feb 2021 and purchased the platinum BMW extended service contract at the time of delivery. Several months later I decided I could from Roxbury BMW in Feb 2021 and purchased the platinum BMW extended service contract at the time of delivery. Several months later I decided I couldn't get comfortable in the seats and decided to order a new Tesla. Prior to ordering the Tesla I called and emailed the dealership and requested to cancel the extended service contract. The car I purchased was still under the factory 48 month 50,000 mile warranty until August of 2021. On May 11th I sent the paperwork to Andre at Roxbury BMW and was told the refund would take a few weeks and he couldn't tell me at the time the amount of refund I would be receiving, it was up to BMW. Several weeks went past and I contacted Andre, he told me he was still waiting on BMW- should not be much longer. The following week I called BMW(the manufacture) and they bounced me all over the place for for about 90 minutes and told me I needed to call the dealership. This should not be this hard. On June 6th I paid the loan off on my BMW and traded it on the Tesla. Now I am 9 weeks into getting a refund and still have no idea when I will get it. I would rate this service as atrocious. This is one of the few times I have ever left a negative review in my 60 years on the planet, but I feel if I owed them $4100.00 (my approximate refund) they would be going out of their way to get it from me, I just wish they had the same urgency getting me my money returned. Frustration I don't usually write reviews to nobody because I don't if this really means something to the manager of this location at Roxbury. For the past three I don't usually write reviews to nobody because I don't if this really means something to the manager of this location at Roxbury. For the past three months I've been at this location four times. First time everything work out good, painful after paying almost $3,000 but good. In less than a month I have to return to change the tire rod approximately $2000, after three weeks returned because the splash board engine cover for some reason got loose and another $700.00, Just recently brought the car back with the same problem as the second time and another $2,067 and thanks to the salesman I got 20% discount so I paid $1,723, I am very grateful for that and a free car wash Nice!!!!! The car still have the same noise, I've been trying to call the manager at the location to follow up with this issue, customer service shouldn't be screening calls is really bad for business I don't want to lie by saying another name if this is what it takes for the manager to answer my call. Why should I do from here? am I going to be charged for the third time for the same thing? This is very unfair, I work really hard for the money, I don't ask for a loaner car or free car wash, please just be fair and fix the problem without braking my bank. More
