At this dealership, I was respected and not pushed into buying or signing anything. I walked in and felt relaxed and welcomed. I did not feel like there were dollar signs on my forehead. When it came to the numbers, Paarth was up front about what the cost was includng dealer fees and taxes. I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I have had at a dealership. Volkswagen of Manhattan will forever set the bar for any other dealership in my life. This is the most unprofessional, unscrupulous dealer imaginable. I leased a new VW and traded in my old car on January 3rd. The dealer delayed making the payoff for so long that I had to make another payment on the old vehicle even after they had taken title, just to preserve my credit rating! I hounded them for weeks to make the payoff but they lied and put me off repeatedly. I am now told that I cannot get a refund from Infiniti because Open Road VW waited so long to make the payment (january 26th). In effect, I paid hundreds of dollars extra over and above the deal we had agreed to because of their incompetence and games-playing. If necessary, I will take them to small claims court to recover the amount. More
