Never ordered parts, no call backs Took my 2018 Terrain in for a recall and a service engine light. Was told that they would have to order a part. Part was never ordered, and after 8 attempts to call advisor, with no return call, I took it back to try with another advisor. 5 weeks latter and i have still never heard from either advisor. This is now 6 months. I will never take my vehicle back. More
