Unneccessary waiting time. I traded in my Camry for a CRV. They use the KBB price but not the trade in value but the instant cash offer, which is lower. During the week we discussed figures and I provided all info and documents required so that when I pick up the CRV I would be in and out. My appointment was at 2pm. We were given coffee and told to sit in the lounge. We sat for 30 mins and nothing, I looked for Alex asking why the wait when you have everything, no explanation. He returned saying it would be another 45 mins !! I was not happy and the dealership had maybe 2 other couples. I finally left at 4pm. I did get a great deal on the CRV and that's the only reason I stayed but the 2hr waiting was disgraceful. No communication. They put you in the back lounge with a feature length movie so you forget about the time. I would recommend them for car deals but not service. More

Quick oil change I was late. They seemed very busy. Still changed my oil in under 45 minutes. They did even try to upsale me anything. I’m still not sure whether it ev I was late. Service took to long I had an appointment for 1pm and I called to let them know I wouldn't be there until 1:10 and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I checked in by 1:1 I had an appointment for 1pm and I called to let them know I wouldn't be there until 1:10 and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I checked in by 1:15 and then my truck sat in the drop off lane for an hour. Nothing happened for the first hour I was there. I got an oil change and the tire rotation and alignment special and my truck wasn't done until 4:45. Steering wheel still not centered and didn't even correct tire pressure after specifically asked if they would when they balanced tires and was told yes. More

They are very Dis-Organized! It took 2 days to get a call back, they sent the paper work 3 times to wrong address, then misspelled my name and re-sent a 4th time, Once with No ret It took 2 days to get a call back, they sent the paper work 3 times to wrong address, then misspelled my name and re-sent a 4th time, Once with No return address or fedex envelope.
