Great experience I called Andre after being referred to Orange Buick by my in laws, he said he had what i was looking for and that he was close to my price range. By the time i got to the dealership a few hours later he informed me that he found me a vehicle with a few extras for less money than the first vehicle i was looking at. We brought it in to be diagno My husband and I bought a 2018 GMC Terrain SLT at the beginning of May, 2018. Two weeks later the power steering went. We brought it in to be diagnosed and found out the power steering module went. They ordered the new part, but being Memorial Day weekend we had to wait an extra day. Everyone from the mechanic to the service manager (Tom Santiago.) to the person who arranged for a vehicle for us to drive while we waited for ours to be repaired. Tom was outstanding in keeping us informed every step of the way and reassured us that our new car would be in a safe and locked area the whole time it was there. The woman who gave us the loaner car did a wonderful job of matching as close as she could what we had bought. Even though this was stressful GMC and their personnel made it as painless as possible/. More

Complete Safety Inspection Motor Mounts needed replacement (after nearly fourteen years of use), rear brakes were also showing signs of ware and had to be replaced, and struts/s Motor Mounts needed replacement (after nearly fourteen years of use), rear brakes were also showing signs of ware and had to be replaced, and struts/sway bar bushings broke and had to be repaired. The service consultant, Robert Cicero, was expert in identifying ind insuring required work was performed. I trust the service consultants at Orange Buick. More
