Finance person is rude!! Long wait for paperwork! I went in to buy a car and had an appointment for 10:30am. I had pre-approved financing and pretty much knew the car I wanted. I chose the car I wan I went in to buy a car and had an appointment for 10:30am. I had pre-approved financing and pretty much knew the car I wanted. I chose the car I wanted, took it for a test drive ,they gave me price and I accepted. No real haggling back and forth. This was all done by 11:30am. By 2:30pm still waiting to see the finance guy so finally I had enough told them to give me the keys to my trade and I was leaving! A few minutes later the finance guy came out and said he would be starting my paperwork shortly. I replied that if it wasn't ready by the time the sales person came back from filling up new car with gas I was leaving! For whatever reason that comment clearly angered him and his demeanor changed completely! His statement back was and I quote "I have four more people behind you so up to you! You want to cancel the deal then cancel it!" WOW! Really great response. The tone, the facial expression and body language of how he said it was unacceptable . IT was as I should be thanking him rather then them thanking me for my purchase.! The overall customer service here is horrible!!!! Even while the finance guy was doing paperwork just rude and pompous the entire time. It is shocking somebody like this even has a job. Because of the extremely long wait rude and unapologetic staff I regret buying from this dealership. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time here!!! The only positive was the salesperson Walter Harris was great! More

Amazing experience! What a breath of fresh air shopping at Orange Buick GMC was. Drove two hours to look at a used vehicle they had in stock. Andre met me at the door and from there it was the most pleasant buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Andre is very knowledgeable and courteous and answered every question I had. The whole team at the dealership impressed us very much and I can't say enough how well the whole buying process went. I test drove the vehicle on a Tuesday and came back on Thursday to purchase it. My wife, two boys and I were in and out the door in just over an hour. Andre even helped entertain the kids while we were in the showroom and went above and beyond any other salesman we have ever had. If you are considering a new or used vehicle please do not hesitate to visit this dealership and ask for Andre, you will not be disappointed. More
