Overall I was satisfied. However, the first service person who waited on me before Mr. Santiago arrived was not very attentive to "customer service". we actually came in for service on our 2007 lucerne and decided to look at some new cars after awhile my mother wanted some info on the new regal and andre came over to help us.thru the whole experience h decided to look at some new cars after awhile my mother wanted some info on the new regal and andre came over to help us.thru the whole experience hes was extremely courteous and helpful and we never felt pressured i might add that my parents have now purchased 4 new buicks due in large part to the outstanding customer service.Sven Reiter was also very freindly and professional and made all paperwork easy to understand and got the purchase done in a timely fashion.Also one other reason for the purchase was that we always had very good service from the mechanics and sevice writers over the years,Tim Filotei helped us with the 07 lucerne on many occasions,i guess ill end that my mom and i felt very comfortable with everyone there thanks. I walked in to Orange Buick GMC on Sept 10th looking for a vehicle for my wife for an Anniversary gift. Already knowing what I wanted by surfing the internet for 3 hours I had my mind set on a 2012 GMC Acad a vehicle for my wife for an Anniversary gift. Already knowing what I wanted by surfing the internet for 3 hours I had my mind set on a 2012 GMC Acadia. There was no one on the floor to greet me so I sought out the first person sitting at a desk which ended up being a sales manager. He introduced me to Roger Menn. We hit it off from the start. I broke it down to him what I wanted and NO… Ifs… ands… or buts… about it! I told him I was spontaneous and do your thing and TALK TO ME!. He got right to the nuts and bolts and showed me about 10 vehicles I liked. He asked me specific questions reference my lifestyle which was key questions I would not have brought up. He laid out the PRO’s and CON’s which most sales men are reluctant to do. There was no pressure from this guy that was a relief. I told him my Anniversary was the next day and if I made this decision I had to do it fast and quick and he was willing to go out of his way to arrange the delivery and anything else I needed to get this deal done. Roger did the paperwork breakdown and number crunching in record time. I told him I would sleep on it and come in the next day to start the final paperwork, he agreed with a simple hand shake and both agreed to meet at 12:30. That sold me and the decision was final. The next day Sept 11th I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled just to make sure the vehicle I wanted was still there on the show room floor. I advised a Sales Rep I was waiting for Roger but I’m early and excited about this vehicle. The Sales Rep assisted me with paperwork while I was waiting for Roger; other employees prepped my new vehicle. Roger was very professional and humble which made the process very comfortable and reassuring. The customer service I received from Roger will definitely bring me back to this dealership. Mission Accomplished The wife was Happy with her new vehicle! She even drove back up to the dealership to introduce herself to Roger and personal say Thank you!!!! More

After bringing in my wife's car Tim informed me of the true problem. He then assured me that he would go out of his way to make sure it got done and even told me that it was covered by my warranty. I was glad and within 48 hours received a call from Tim who joked with me and let me know he had the part and was ready to take care of the car. I brought it in early and Tim told me he would do his best to get me out. His team worked hard and reasonably fast for what had to be done and got me out without a hassle. I love the waiting room and the little cafe makes it easier for you if you need a snack. Everyone there seems to be friendly and goes out of there way to say hi to you, I would recommend this place to all my friends and I am glad that I have my work done here! Stephen LaForty More

I have recevied top notch service from Robert Cicero and from Tom Sanitago. Most recently, Tom Santiago, helped tackle a problem with my automobile. He would not give up until I was satisfied. He always listened to my concern and even brought in the service manager when we seemed stuck. Together we resolved the problem that had been very tricky to figure out. I enjoy the personal approach all the service personnel use. They have always encouraged me to maintain my 2000 model LeSabre rather than try to sell me up. More
Wife's car had bettery die, called AAA to jump or replace the battery. The AAA service person broke the battery tray.
