This visit was a disappointment. Poor customer/rude service. One said to another, "want me to check her out so we can get her out of here?" Not in a nice manner. The text messages are ok but if I call to ask a questions and have to leave a voice message, I expect a return call in a timely manner. That return call never came. I purchased my car with you over 10 years ago and have had most of my service done with you. This was the most disappointing visit of them all. Grateful for the loaner though.
