Normally this dealership is spot on but I had two things happen with my last visit. 1. During a prior visit last year a problem was diagnosed which required a part. I was told it would take a couple of w happen with my last visit. 1. During a prior visit last year a problem was diagnosed which required a part. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to get it. After waiting a few months I decided to call since to check on the part and was told it was not in and they would call when it arrived. Again after waiting several more months I called again and was told the part did arrive a couple ago, was installed on another truck and the service agent said they would check other dealerships to find the part. Luckily they found the part but I waited over 6 months for this part which is just inexcusable. 2. At my recent visit I ask the service agent to have the Body Shop quote some small scratches on my truck. I was told that they came and took pics and were too busy to quote right then but would definitely call with a quote. It's been well over a month and no call, same as the part I needed. Again, this is totally unacceptable. If you say your going to do something, then do it. 3. I just had my 30,000 mile checkup done, which was supposed to include rotating my tires as well as aligning them. After leaving the dealership I believe the dealership either failed or out right forgot to check it. Again, it's all about follow through and delivering what you promised. More
