Excellent customer service! I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, Howeve I dropped off my G37 Convertible to have the to mechanism repaired. Though the cost was high and I wasn't happy to have to pay to get it fixed, However, Eduardo, my Service advisor made it very pleasant and easier for me throughout the process. He went out of his way to help me get a discount on am this major repair cost ($1700), and I eally appreciate that. He even arranged for me to use a loaner car and dropped it off on the day that was convenient for me due to my work. Eduardo was very professional, courteous, and nice. I went away feeling very positive about the experience despite having an unexpected expense.
