It’s been a decade since the last time I bought a car. With all the technology improvements since then, I am baffled that it took over 3 hours with a scheduled appt to complete paperwork. My experience was great this time. I had been warned that the service could take 3-4 hours, so I was prepared to wait for a while in the lobby working.
