The waiting area is nice clean and compensating of water/coffee. The wait times for your vehicle are outrageous. Twice I've sat there for over 6 hours. They were very kind to me up to the point where I signed. After I signed and left tried calling back in after to ask some questions and was just left on hold and ultimately hung up on twice. Tim was the only one that would communicate with me after I bought the car. Charlie definitely pressured me into buying more warranties when I originally told him I didn’t want to add anything else. I regret adding on those other things and now they are avoiding me trying to cancel and refund those things. Toyota makes great cars so they’ll stay in business, just be careful when adding on the extra stuff they’ll run your payment up! More
