I did not receive the complete service I asked for. I wish they would have communicated with me that they weren't planning to do some things. I know that the oil changes are free but when it takes 2 1/2 hours to get one done you have to wonder how much is your own time worth? I appreciate that Toyota knows specifically what needs to be done in order to service my vehicle. I got a quote for spark plug replacement from another shop and they quoted me double the price, because they be done in order to service my vehicle. I felt like I was fed a story about why the work was going to take longer. Telling me that the technician wanted to take his time to get it right rather than being straight up and telling me you were bu going to take longer.
