Jaron was ready within a few minutes of my arrival to write up my service order for a tire rotation. As I had a long car trip planned for the weekend, I was happy to comply with his suggestion. I was going to wait at the dealership for the service to be done, but Jaron suggested that, because of the time it might take, it would be helpful to me if I would take the offered shuttle service to and from Brent Brown Toyota. I agreed and was quickly given a ride by Chris--the very pleasant shuttle driver. Jaron called and let me know when the service was done and ordered pick-up for me. I was picked up within a short time and had my car back to run some errands before the afternoon was over. I was very happy with my experience! More
