I purchased my vehicle and added accessories to be installed upon arrival. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a major accessory was not installed. I was unable to wait to have the items installe installed upon arrival. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a major accessory was not installed. I arrived at the predetermined date and time for the install but was notified they could not find the paperwork outlining the exact item that was to be installed. Our most recent experience has been awful and is still not resolved. Our car was in shop for one month and then was returned to us dirty with black finger prints all over. Jose was great to work with but they had my car for a week. It would have been nice to have the car back to drive (my only one) while we waited for parts.
