Brandon was great to work with. He listened to our concerns and helped tremendously. But the communication at the time I scheduled the appointment was TERRIBLE! They didn't order the part needed to complete the service when I drove there for the appointment. The second time I had them call me when the part arrived. Then they didn't make an appointment time and date when I drove there for the appointment. The second time I had them call me when the part arrived. Then they didn't make an appointment time and date to put it in. I made the appointment arrived and there was confusion as to whether there was a part to fix my car or not. Great service from setting up my appointment to completion! I brought my Rav4 in, the tech took it from there. They already had my information prepared and they went to work on my vehicle.
