Will not buy from this dealership again. Was overcharged about $8300 ($4300 up charge and about $4000 by no discount from MRSP price as I have always had on prior purchases of vehicles). Also was never able to see a real 2022 Tacoma and take it for a test drive and see how it felt. I would think a dealership overcharging as much as yours that you could at least have one for test drives. The other real upsetting thing was having to pay for it before ever seeing it instead of upon delivery. Because of this I had to sell my other vehicle two months before this one arrived so that I could pay for an unseen vehicle. This caused me to be without a vehicle for two months. Hope I never have to buy another new vehicle when there is such a greed for money taking advantage of the customer. Sorry for the bad review but that is the way I strongly feel. More

Kyle Bourgeois is our hero. This amazing salesman, I don't use this term loosely, bent over backwards for us with a few flips. He is such a personable salesman and good to the bone. He literally ran out into the parking lot before their closing time to collect a newly arrived car for us before anyone else could snatch it!! He arranged a hold the car until we arrived the next morning. OH, we were so lucky to have found him. We'd given up hope on finding this car on anyones lot. Lastly, other appreciated qualities of Kyle is his knowledge of cars and could answer our questions, even history of how and why cars get better or maybe not last as long and the BEST of all, not pushy, but just down right helpful. Brent Brown Toyota processed us so fast and efficiently my husband and I were speechless. This was the best experience ever when purchasing a car. Sheldon's quick efficient financial work was a WOW too. Nate, you also helped things move along quickly. Just thank you for such an amazing experience and one we will gladly share with friends and family. More

Initially I was looking forward to look at the Toyota Rav 4's advertised on the Brent Brown website. The sale price indicated on vehicles gave me the impression that they would be affordable. I contacted McK 4's advertised on the Brent Brown website. The sale price indicated on vehicles gave me the impression that they would be affordable. I contacted McKay Smith via phone and introduced myself and told him I was interested in a 2022 White Toyota Rav 4 XLE as well as some others listed on their website. I asked him multiple times via phone and text to confirm the sell price with no response. He encouraged us to come in and look and I told him we wanted information including the price before we came. Hearing nothing on price we made the 1/2 hour drive to the dealership in Orem. About 1 minute before arriving we received a text from Mckay with a price $4,000 over the sale price. We would not have driven to the dealer knowing that. Almost immediately after meeting McKay I felt like he was not interested in us as individuals and more about the sale. I asked him to show us the features about the XLE vehicle but he was so casual about it and mentioned multiple times I am not sure this will be around they are working on a deal as we speak. I probably should have walked away but we decided to look at an LE. For some reason he took us to used Hybrids that were more expensive than the new XLE we had seen. We never saw an LE. I told him we would not buy a used Rav 4 for higher than new. Then he said, lets go inside and see if we can work something out. Again, I probably should have left at that point. Once we were inside the game of back and forth occurred. He did not listen to what I was saying and even walked away when I was trying ask him something. I said I don't want to play games. After telling him we would not pay $4000 over MSRP he said let me see if we can work something out on an LE. He gave us a quote on a LE FWD even though I told him we would only consider AWD. After the back and forth I was so frustrated I was ready to walk out but my wife encouraged me to wait. A manager came over and I expressed my frustration. I felt it was shady to not communicate the mark up on the price whether it was tied to inventory control or not. I could go on, but suffice it to say this experience is not the way to treat potential customers. One thing is clear. I will never consider buying a car from McKay and I highly doubt I would consider purchasing a vehicle from Brent Brown in my life. A very disappointing experience and waste of my time and my wife's time. More
