Everything was great until we signed the papers on our new car and then communication, promises and due dates all went out the window. No responses for days, had to call the dealership several times but t new car and then communication, promises and due dates all went out the window. No responses for days, had to call the dealership several times but they wouldn’t follow through or let me bypass my salesman when he wasn’t responding. Missed deadline r of delivery causing stress and difficulty getting the vehicle late the next night when it was finally ready. After all that we didn’t even get all the upgrades we paid for. I’m Toyota for life but will buy from a different dealer next time. More
