Untrustworthy. Bought my car there with the warranty, had a few issues so I took it in for repair. They “didn’t have a rental” but then when I asked again they magi Bought my car there with the warranty, had a few issues so I took it in for repair. They “didn’t have a rental” but then when I asked again they magically found one. They had my car for 6 days. Joel called and said it was ready to be picked up and that it would be $250 for the repairs that weren’t covered although the warranty was comprehensive, so it should’ve covered everything plus the rental, I questioned the cost and he said would try something, put me on hold then said okay it worked it’s going to be $150 and I asked for an explanation of the cost, he said $100 for the deductible and $50 for the reprogramming of the window. When my husband picked it up, it ended up being $100 but one of the issues wasn’t fixed. Because they were busy we had to make an appointment 2 weeks out. I SCHEDULED a time and day to drop it off when I dropped it off they had it for over 24 hours before working on it, I know this bc they didn’t have a rental to give us so I was in close contact with them bc we didn’t want to be careless for another 6 days. There’s no much more detail to the story but overall, they were super UNORGANIZED, MISLEADING, and NOT TRANSPARENT. More
