Drew was excellent. He did everything we asked. I have a skid plate on my vehicle and your service dept ruined the last one on my FJ. They stripped the bolts inside th He did everything we asked. Drew took a pic and showed us. Very Nice guy. However I did not appreciate the scheduling dept. scheduling my appt for 11 am and then my 4Runner was not taken back for the oil change until after 12:15. What is the point of scheduling an appt and then making us more then an hour to start our service? I don't live close so it is a drive to bring my vehicle there. I feel like I get the runaround when I come down for an appt. You should work on getting appts in when they are scheduled. More

Bought a Toyota Camry last year at this place, was young and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a ye and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a year. Fast forward to now, I’m ten grand in the hole on this thing. The service advisor who greeted me as I was leaving my vehicle was kind, and very personable. He was able to get my vehicle serviced; even though I didn't have an appointment.
