A little while back, I noticed a positive change in the atmosphere at Brent Brown Toyota. My most recent experience was wonderful; timely, gracious, welcoming, and really collegial. My previous experiences, prior to about a year+ ago, had been quite negative and I avoided coming to Brent's as much as possible. I don't know what shifted, but it seems significant to me . . . The atmosphere is *way* better; helpful employees who no longer feel pressured to pressure me. Before, the air was combative. Now, it's welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that. It does not go unnoticed! So! Whether it was a management change, or whatever else, THANK YOU. More

Took over 2 hours for oil change that I had an appointment for. Couldn’t believe it took so long. no discount or anything offered. My time is extremely valuable but I had a road trip and had to ha appointment for. Couldn’t believe it took so long. no discount or anything offered. Also, I wish they would have noticed my registration expiring the next day and offered to renew on the spot. More

Drew took a pic and showed us. Very Nice guy. However I did not appreciate the scheduling dept. scheduling my appt for 11 am and then my 4Runner was not taken back for the oil change until after 12:15. What is the point of scheduling an appt and then making us more then an hour to start our service? I don't live close so it is a drive to bring my vehicle there. I feel like I get the runaround when I come down for an appt. You should work on getting appts in when they are scheduled. More
