Attention to detail is important to me. I had my new truck sprayed with permanent rust protection. There was over spray on my new electronic steps and when I mentioned it they dismissed the I had my new truck sprayed with permanent rust protection. There was over spray on my new electronic steps and when I mentioned it they dismissed the issue like it was normal. I also notice the tech working on my truck took the truck home. You can track cars now on the app. Again, attention to detail is key. There's a small sliver where the tint was installed. You could see the original window. Again, not a life stopping issue but the attention to detail was missed. lastly, I had asked for my car NOT be washed to avoid scratches. The car was washed anyway. More
