We wanted to know how to schedule the four hour drive to Orem and we were concerned about weather-snow. We were given about a 36 hour notice. We were planning to stay up north for the weekend but turned around and drove home that night. The next day (Sunday) there was a snow storm. I felt there was a delay in communicating the pick-up time. It would have been nice to get a Toyota hat or key chain, at least. More
